This recipe is not only healthy and a great way to detox the body it tastes amazing. I LOVE seaweed and the blend of this with the tuna and veggies is going to be my new summer go to lunch and dinner meal!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 medium onion, cut into thin slices
1 bagf frozen mix veggies (I did calilfornia blend)
3-4 sheets of nori
1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of ginger
2 cloves of garlic
1 can of diced water chestnuts
2 cans of tuna ( I used albacore in water)
Directions:
Tear nori into small pieces.
Heat sesame oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes.
Add tuna, water chestnuts, garlic, mix veggies, nori. Reduce heat; cook, covered, for 5 to 8 minutes.
Remove cover. Add dijon, ginger; cook 1 minute.
