Nutrition Consultation

Each person has individual needs and goals, likes and dislikes, and challenges and temptations when it comes to food and nutrition. That's why there is no "one-size-fits-all" model.

When I was diagnosed with Celiac disease several years ago, it forced me to change the way that I look at food. I began to see food as nourishment - for the mind, body and soul.

I start all nutritional consults by asking a lot of questions. The more I can learn about you and your habits, the better strategy we can create to change the way you look at food and nutrition.

    Nutrition Consultation

    For most, the relationship with food is much deeper than just surface level. We will dig into these issues as well to help ensure your success. In addition to weekly meal plans, you will receive:

    • Weekly goal setting - This may be outside of the standard nutrition discussions (i.e writing ten things you love about yourself everyday)
    • Daily Emails - I will send short, daily emails as a reminder to stay focused.
    • Text Messages - texting is the easiest way to get a quick response and remind you that "I'm here with you every step of the way"
