In August of 2011, I had the privilege of meeting Annie. The day after my first workout I wasn’t sure I could walk or lift my arms, but that had to be a “good” thing. Something drew me to Annie and her amazing workouts. After one year of being persistent and continuously encouraged by Annie, I lost many inches was the strongest I had ever been.
