Strawberry-Vanilla Almond Muffins Ingredients: 2 cups almond meal/flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 stick butter, melted 4 eggs 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup honey 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup strawberries, diced into small pieces Directions: 1) Preheat oven to 350ºF.
