Ingredients:
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) mixed baby salad greens
2 pkg. (6 oz. each) diced chicken breast
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
12 slices Bacon, cooked, crumbled
2 small avocados, sliced
2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup of sautéed onions
1/2 sautéed green pepper
1/3 cup Thick ‘N Chunky Salsa
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of creole seasoning
60z can of diced black olives
1/3 cup of jalapeños (optional)
Directions:
In a small pan saute onion, green pepper, garlic, and creole seasoning until onions are lightly browned.
Next top greens with the chicken breast, onion saute, tomatoes, avocado, bacon, eggs, and jalapeños.
Then drizzle the salsa over the top of the salad as dressing and top with black olives.
