Ingredients:
- 1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 onion diced
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 can of carrots
- 1 bag of frozen broccoli
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1½ teaspoons poultry seasoning
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 10½ ounces zucchini noodles
Directions:
In a large crockpot pour in the broth, chicken breasts, zoodles, and veggies. Next pour in olive oil and spices.
Heat on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Top with cilantro and basil if desired.
