What are things in life that you need to hit in order to feel complete?
These are what I like to call your BAMS (Bare Ass Minimums).
After I had the boys in October, everyone kept asking me if I had any baby blues, postpartum, or anxiety?
I did not (thank God), but one of the reasons I feel I am able to feel so good as I found my BAMS. I knew that if I did not hit these 3 things each day I would go crazy.
I needed to workout everyday
I needed to have at least 1 hour of “Annie” time
I needed to teach or work at least 3-4 classes/clients a week.
I have hit these from the start and I have felt really good!
