These are so easy and taste delicious too. They are great to put in your kids lunch, an after school snack or post dinner treat.
Ingredients
1 cup Almond Butter, Sun Butter, or Peanut Butter
1/4 cup coconut flour,
1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut palm sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4-1/2 cup coconut creamer ( like solicitous)
1 cup of Dark Cacao Chocolate
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, almond flour, protein, coconut sugar, sea salt and cinnamon. Mix until combined.
Stir through the SunButter until fully mixed. Add the coconut creamer, one tablespoon at a time, until a very dense batter is formed.
Press into a lined 9 x 9 inch baking dish and press firmly.
In a small saucepan over low to medium heat melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
Pour the melted Paleo chocolate over the sun butter batter and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Remove from pan and cut into bars.
