This has been my husbands favorite after dinner treat this summer!! It is the simplest recipe and it tastes delicious!
Ingredients:
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
2 tbs. cacao powder or cocoa powder
1/2 – 1 cup coconut creamer (vanilla or regular)
1 tbs. melted coconut butter or oil
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 Tbsp of raw honey
Directions:
Combine the protein powder, cacao powder and creamer in a bowl. Once fully mixed, add the melted coconut butter, cinnamon, and honey. Stir well until you have a pudding consistency.
Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes.
* whey protein, start at slightly less than ½ cup of milk and add more as needed.
