Breakfast is filled with tempting treats, especially when you want to grab and go! This recipe combines the protein, fat, and veggie that you need to get you off on the right track!
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 tbsp Coconut creamer
dash of pepper
1 clove of garlic
2 tsp grass-fed butter
1 cup romaine lettuce
1 tomato
4 bacon strips cooked
1/2 to 1 avocado (diced)
Directions:
Mix the eggs well with coconut creamer, garlic and pepper.
Heat a frying pan on medium to high heat
Melt half the butter and add half the egg mixture. Make sure the egg mixture covers the whole pan.
When you are able to move the entire egg when shaking the pan back and forth, flip it over with a spatula.
When it’s fully cooked, transfer to a plate.
Repeat with the other half of the egg mix.
Spread the mayonaise (you can omit or sub JUST Ranch) on the bottom of the egg
Add the lettuce, tomato, bacon and avocado.
