This is a fun delicious snack that you can eat for breakfast, snack, or after dinner treat!
The best part it will be done in minutes too!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup all natural almond butter
1 cup uncooked gluten free rolled oats
1/3 cup raw honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 – 2 Tbs unsweetened shredded coconut
2 Tbsp of cashew pieces
1 cup diced strawberries
1/2 cup dark cacao chocolate chips (I use vegan non dairy chocolate chips)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients VERY well in a large bowl.
Form into 1 inch balls.
Refrigerate or freeze
