Ingredients:
8 oz of greek cream cheese
1/2 cup of raw almond butter
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein
1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
splash of coconut creamer
1 tsp of vanilla extract
*optional unshredded coconut
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl with an electric mixer, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Chill the mixture in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes.
Roll the mixture into small balls and sprinkle unsweetened coconut on top. Refrigerate for another hour or two before serving.
