I really feel like having goals in place is one of the pivotal keys to our success, so I am posting this on to you Fit Ones. I think it is very important that you make goals and track progress.
Since it is Febuary 1st and most of us have fallen from our New Years Resolutions, the sooner we track the sooner we can get back on track with our goals.
This is YOUR OPPORTUNITY to put YOURSELF out there and let the FIT ONES hold YOU accountable to push YOU to a new and higher level. Prove to YOURSELF that you can do it. It is amazing the improvements you can have in a One Month Period when you focus and push hard.

Remember in order to grow and improve in anything we must set standards and goals so we are able to really see our progress.
