Here is a great recipe that is sooo delicious and tastes amazing with actual coffee!

Batter Ingredients:
1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 eggs
1/8 c Grade B maple syrup
1/8 c raw honey
1 tsp vanilla
2 c almond flour
1/2 coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Batter:
2 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1/4 c grass-fed butter ( or coconut oil)
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp of honey
1/2 c crushed raw pecans
Directions
In two separate bowls combine dry batter ingredients in one and wet ingredients in the other. Then combine both ingredients and mix until batter is smooth throughout.
Pour batter into 8 x 8 greased pan ( I use olive oil Pam spray). Combine topping ingredients and dollop onto the cake batter. Use a knife to swirl the toppings and then pour pecans over the top of the cake.
Place in the oven at 325 and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
