Ingredients: 2 teaspoons sesame oil ½ teaspoon ginger , minced 1 tablespoon garlic , chopped 1/4 cup Thai Peanut Sauce olive oil , for frying (2 tablespoons) 1 lb flank steak or cubed beef 1/2 cup of diced red pepper 1/2 cup of onion 2 large green onions Directions: Make the sauce by heating 2 tsp of sesame oil
