I made this recipe for my husband last night for date night. It was so easy and went great with his steak and potatoes. It has so much flavor and is a great side for the main course.
Ingredients:
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups green beans fresh or canned
¼ cup olive oil or coconut oil
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of diced onion
1 tsp of pepper
1 tsp of lemon juice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Combine oil, garlic, lemon and pepper in a large bowl
Pour over the mushrooms, onion, and green beans and gently stir until vegetables are thoroughly coated.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
