Growing up I always enjoyed italian ice, sno cones, slushies etc….. With most of the kids out of school, you will definitely need the go to snacks and treats for them and their friends and for you and for your friends too!
Directions:
3 cups fresh berries or whatever fruit you like (peach, plum, pineapple)
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of coconut palm sugar
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 cup ice
*Optional Bacardi Raspberry or Titos Vodka
Directions:
1. Blend the fruit, honey, palm sugar, and lemon juice, vodka, and ice in a food processor or blender until smooth.
2. Pour into an 8×8′ baking dish and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Scrape the mixture with a fork until very slushy, and then return to the freezer for another hour (or until set).
3. Spoon into dishes and serve.
