How many hard-boiled eggs can one consume until you are completely done with them.
Here is a great breakfast chili recipe to put your eggs to good use.

1/2 yellow onion, finely diced
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
2 to 3 cups veggie stock
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled & diced
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 cup of diced green pepper
2 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons of cilantro
1/4 cup of salsa
1/2 lb bacon
4 – 6 hard-boiled eggs (diced)
1 large avocado
1 6 oz can of diced chilies
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown the meat and sauté the onions, green pepper, until cooked through. In a separate sauce pan cook the bacon and then dice into small pieces and add to meat. Add in the tomatoes, salsa, green chilies, sweet potatoes and stock, followed by all the spices. Let simmer until the sweet potatoes have cooked through, about 20-30 minutes.
Chop the eggs and place them in the skillet with the avocado and continue to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Place chili in the bowl and top with cilantro.
Enjoy!
