This is a great treat for breakfast, afternoon snack, and an after dinner treat!
Fit Chic Breakfast Bread:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla nut milk (almond, walnut, cashew)
1/2 cup of coconut creamer or almond milk creamer
2 large eggs
1 cup nut butter (almond, sun butter, peanut butter)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 3⁄4 cups almond flour or gluten free flour
1 tsp of cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.
- Add milk, creamer, eggs, and nut butter to a medium bowl and stir.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix on medium high or use a large spoon throughout till
- Pour batter into greased 9-x-5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean.
