Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond, coconut, cashew milk
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon honey (omit if you don’t need)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 banana
Ice
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until well combined.
