This is a great healthy version of one of America’s most loved breakfast food. It is easy to make, really filling, and tastes amazing.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons grass-fed butter or coconut oil
1 turkey or sausage patty
2 large eggs
dash Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 small avocado diced
1 tablespoon of salsa
1/8 to 1/4 cup of water
lid of a mason jar or food mold ring
Directions
In skillet heat butter or oil on medium heat
Crack the egg and add it into the food mold ring
Add the water to the skillet, then cover with a lid. Cook for about 3 minutes.
Once the egg is cooked, remove the food mold and egg with a spatula and place on a small plate. Repeat process for second egg.
Add the sausage patty to the skillet, and cook until meat is cooked throughout.
Now place turkey meat on the egg, top with salsa diced avocado last place the second egg on top and serve.
