The most common complaint I hear from clients during holidays or travel is time and space.
“I don’t have a gym” and “I don’t have Time”.
So I have created my top workouts for time and space to still give you the kick butt workout you are looking for:

50 toe taps
50 step ups (on a chair or box) or 50 tuck jumps
50 dips off a chair or couch
100 Jumping Jacks
50 Burpees

As Many Rounds As You Can Get in 15 minutes
5 Pushups
10 Situps
15 Squats

Complete these five-minute round two to four times.
40 seconds on 20 second rest
- Lunges
- Plank Jacks (go into a plank hold and feet jump out and in) or Plank Holds
- Russian Twists
- Mountain Climbers
- Pushups off a box or wall

There are four different movements you’ll go through. Do each for 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds. Repeat the entire circuit for five rounds.
