Eat the Dog and Toss the Bun: Hot Dogs are delicious, not to mention a part of the whole baseball experience… So enjoy the dog just throw the bun.
Skip the Beer Grab the wine or Tequila: Not only does beer contain a ton of calories, it contains gluten which causes inflammation and bloating. So grab a nice glass of chilled wine or a delicious tequila soda water with lime and wake up hang over and beer-gut free!
Bring Your Own Healthy Trail Mix: Peanuts are such a wonderful baseball tradition, but they do not have great benefits for you. You can still feel a part of the game by bringing your own favorite trail mix creation. Here is one of my personal favorite trail mix recipes.
Instead of Soda Grab a Water: Soda is filled with tons of chemicals and sugars and actually make you feel more hungry… So grab water at the game so you won’t even need that 7 inning stretch!
Pre Eat with the Good Stuff: Make sure before you head into the stadium, you fill your body with good nutrients. Pre eat before and it will have benefits all around. You will not spend as much on food and drinks. You won’t be hungry so you are less likely to eat the bad stuff and if you are tempted by the glorious food smells you won’t over eat.
