This is an amazing recipe that is really easy and pairs wonderfully with steaks with carnivores and as a meal for plant lovers!
Ingredients:
1 large cauliflower, whole, thoroughly washed
2 – 3 Tbls avocado oil ( you can use olive oil as well)
Kosher salt
Blooming Sauce:
1/2 cup tahini paste
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup warm water
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp of curry
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375F. Wash the cauliflower and trim its bottom stem.
- Whisk together the tahini, warm water, garlic, lemon juice, curry, paprika, and pepper.
- Put aside about ½ cup of the sauce, and use a brush or your hands to baste the cauliflower generously.
- Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment. Place the cauliflower on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until tender and browning.
- Cut cauliflower into six wedges. Serve with all of the remaining tahini sauce.
