Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steak (grass-fed)
1 red onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1 red and green pepper, quartered
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
2 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinaigrette
4-6 Romaine Lettuce Cups
1/2 cup Raw Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cloves of garlic
Directions:
Cut steak into 1 inch pieces, and place in a large skillet with olive oil, garlic, and balsamic. Sauté until steak is cooked throughout. Then add peppers and onions; reduce heat and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Prepare lettuce cups and shredded cheese.
Place steak mixture and into lettuce cups and top with the cheese.
*For added taste place avocado or shredded coconut on top as well.
