For the past 5 years I have started my am off with a morning workout. I have had so many fabulous results from doing this and it has really helped me take my business, personal growth, and my workouts to the next level.
I look forward to every morning, knowing how great I will feel for the day. I have more clarity, feel accomplished, and am able to feel good from morning into the night.
Here are some great ways that working out have really affected me and many of those around me.
People who are the most consistent with their exercise do it in the am. This way you have it done and can’t let other things or excuses get in your way.
When you exercise early in the morning, it “jump starts” your metabolism and keeps you feeling on your “runners high” all through your day.
You are also far more productive and much less fatigued when you exercise in the morning. Research shows people who work out in the am are much more energized for the day and see a dramatic difference on the days that they work out compared to the days that they don’t.
If you exercise at about the same time every morning, and ideally wake-up at about the same time on a regular basis, A couple of hours *before* you awaken, your body begins to prepare for waking and exercise because it “knows” it’s about to happen. Why? Because it “knows” you do the same thing just about everyday. It allows you to sleep more soundly and put your body into a sleeping “routine” which has so many wonderful benefits.
The last thing that am exercises do is MAKE YOU FEEL GREAT ..
