With these HOT Summer Days it is so crucial that we stay very well hydrated. Most of you are doing a lot of summer activities; from hikes, long runs, CrossFit, etc …. but with all the fun in the sun most of us forget to hydrate properly.
So how much water is enough, especially if it is hot and humid?
