We are overwhelmed and pressured by being “thin” in today’s society. It is on Pintrest posts, Facebook status’, magazines, news stories, basically every where you turn.
If you are sick and tired of being on a “diet” read this great blog post from T-Nation on the 10 mistakes we as women make from being on a diet. Read this before wasting hundreds, possibly thousands on expensive online fitness programs, “Wonder-Cures”, fad diets or calorie restricting which all usually lead you to short-term results and long-term “gains” (weight gains that is).
There is a definite reason there is the word “die” in diet … Life is all about balance and eating real ‘quality” foods that grow from the ground and have a soul (if you are a veggie lover just read the first part). There is no “quick fix” or “lose 15lbs in 2 weeks. It is about consistency and dedication that will keep you on track to your short term and long term goals!
