This is so powerful because we are all creatures of habit for good and for bad. Sometimes we eat things just because its routine and it may be causing us more harm than good.
This list contains really good questions to think about before you indulge. If you think twice before putting food in your mouth you will then take a more rational approach to making sure what you are doing is a choice and not a routine habit.
I remember when I was going through our premarital counseling, they gave us a piece of advice that has stuck with me for my 7 1/2 years of marriage. When you are in an argument with your spouse exit the room take 5 deep inhales and exhales and come back to your rational state. Then continue on to the conversation.
It is the same with our nutrition … really take a professional approach and know exactly what it is you ingesting. When I educated myself on exactly what the foods I was eating contained it was not appealing nor appetizing to eat them anymore.
So next time you are eating, ask yourself these questions and the results will astound you.
