Sweating at the gym is one thing but sweating on date night, or at the office is embarrassing!
Why is it that in certain situations we can’t stop sweating and it is not even hot?
Do you ever sweat even when it’s -5?
Here are some helpful tips on sweat prevention. With these helpful tips we don’t need to “sweat the small stuff” anymore.
1. Limit spicy foods and caffeine: These treats may taste delicious but they enhance sweat glands and cause not so great sweat effects.
2. Do a mid-day reapply – In the afternoon keep some antiperspirants/deodorant in your desk drawer or bag and reapply in the afternoon to give you that nice clean smell and reducing sweat ducts.
3. Place Deodorant on the all the right places – We have anywhere from 2 to 4 million sweat glands and how are we supposed to calm all of them down at once? By applying deodorant or antiperspirant in all the right places can significantly lower your risk of sweating. As silly as it may sound you can place a small amount on your hands, feet, face, back, chest, and even groin to prevent excessive sweating.
Happy Friday!
