These are the perfect dessert treat (especially with the summer months approaching).
They taste great, and they are not filled with all the chemicals and additives that a typical fudgesicle contains.
Now you don’t have to feel badly opening the freezer in the evening for a tasty treat!
Ingredients: 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond/coconut milk
1 packet of unflavored gelatin
1 tablespoon of palm sugar
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 – ounces of dark cacao chocolate chips
2 teaspoons of vanilla
Directions:
Place milk in a small saucepan on low/medium heat.
Whisk in gelatin, sugar, honey, and cocoa powder, until ingredients are completely dissolved into the milk.
Continue to heat on medium until milk begins to boil.
Remove from heat and add the vanilla and chocolate chips until you have a fudge like texture.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds about 1/4 full ( with 2 oz molds). It should make six fudgesicles.
Then place in the freezer for at least 3 hours. I left them over night and think that works the best.
Enjoy!
