This is a very simple and delicious recipe that has so much flavor the whole family will LOVE it! You can freeze the left overs and eat them when you are in a pinch or need a quick meal.
Ingredients:
1 package of frozen Chicken breast or turkey tenderloins
1 can of full fat coconut milk
1 can of artichokes (drained)
1 package of spinach (fresh or frozen)
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of almond flour
1/4 cup of grass-fed butter (ghee or coconut oil can be subbed)
1 teaspoon of cilantro
1/2 teaspoon of thyme
Directions:
Throw chicken breasts, coconut milk, artichokes, spinach, butter, garlic, add spices and top with almond flour .
Let cook on medium for 6 hours, low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
