Many of you might not know that I am a currently obtaining my yoga certification. For those of you that do know me well you can pick your jaw off the floor now!
I was the girl who “hated” yoga, I thought it was boring, slow-paced, and I had much better ways to utilize my time than breathing and holding stretches for an hour….
(Insert foot into mouth) Well I have seen the light, and boy is my body glad that I did! I had to do some research to find a yoga studio that really fit my personality, and then I went and tried a few and found studios that I liked and did not like.
The benefits were and are amazing even from just one time per week, and it continues to make me much better at my sport of CrossFit, menatally and physically!
So now here I am one year later, getting certified in the one area I never thought possible…. and I could not be more excited!
