This is a big discussion that I have with many of my clients. When do we sacrifice form for intensity and when do we sacrifice intensity for form?
Don’t misinterpret what I am trying to say I would never allow a client to do a movement that would put them in a dangerous position, but I also want my clients to push themselves to another level of fitness and much harder than they would ever push themselves on their own.
So what is the answer?
