This past weekend I had the pleasure of attending a nutrition certification called “The Whole 30”. It was an in-depth certification on the effects that nutrition play in your overall health and wellness, and what exactly “bad foods” do to your body.
The certification was done by the founders of the program Dallas and Melissa Hartwig, giving us real life testimonials about what this program has done for their clients, themselves, and the health and wellness world!
I currently have two clients that have taken the “The Whole 30” challenge on! They are seeing amazing results that they never thought possible! From sleeping through the night, having more energy than they know what to do with, and of course seeing muscles that they had forgotten existed before, and that was just a few of the many results that have taken place for them.
