We are currently holding a nutrition challenge at our gym CPMFITness … It is a 6 week “All In” Challenge Called Whole Life Challenge. The purpose of the challenge is to give you a total body makeover. It focuses on Nutrition, sleep, mobility, water, well being, physical movement, and reflection.
It is a chance to push the reset button on our current state and start a clean slate. I have done several challenges before, and this is by the far the best one I have witnessed.
It is the first time where people are honestly focused on eating good nutritious foods that fuel their bodies and not how many calories, carbs, or fats something has.
People are not allowed to weigh themselves and they are challenged to educate each other and themselves on the positive effects of a healthy nutritious way of life (yes I did not use the word “diet”).
People are focused on how they are performing better, sleeping better, no bloating, more energetic, etc…
So naturally they are more attractive to eating foods that will continue to make them feel this way instead of the alternative.
Here is a similar article that I came across that reiterates the same concept. It is a much healthier positive approach to eating. When you focus on how you feel on the inside the outside will just naturally get better!
