Today marks the first day of the 7 week Paleo Challenge at CrossFit 818 ( the gym my husband and I train at). We had 31 participants today who came in ready to learn and truly take the next step in their CrossFit journey!
As I was presenting today, I looked around the room and was so proud of these people. They were taking a step out of their comfort zone and trusting in us to help lead them to be the best that they can be.
So I thought it would be fitting for you Fit Ones to challenge yourselves as well. Make a change for the better and take yourselves to the next level.
Here are some simple steps that you need to take to help ensure success on your nutrition journey:
Step 1: By the book by Robb Wolf called the “Paleolithic Solution”.
Step 2: Go through your pantry and take out all of your processed foods, grains, wheats, refined sugar, and gluten products.
Step 3: Food Journal and try to get people at your office, school, neighbors, family to join you; the more support the better!
Step 4: Get moving do some form of aerobic activity at least 3 times a week. This is good for your brain and body, especially as we go through food with-drawl the workouts will really help your brain!
Step 5: Pre Plan your meals, this will not only make your life much easier, it will also eliminate drive thru’s and vending machines 🙂
Take the next 7 weeks and really prove to yourself that you can be the best “you” you can be!
