I made these for my husband last weekend with eggs and bacon and he ate 4, yes I said it 4. He said that he could not even taste the difference.

Ingredients:
– 1/4 C Coconut Flour
– 1/2 C Blanched Almond Flour
– 1 TSP Baking Powder
2-3 TBSP Unsweetened Almond or Coconut Milk
– 1.5 TBSP grass fed butter softened
– 1/3 C Egg Whites
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix Flours and baking powder, add melted butter, milk, and egg whites. Mix throughout. Pour batter into muffin tins till about 3/4 full. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
Serving Size = 6 biscuits
Let cool and top with honey if desired!
