I know most of us are very comfortable in our daily routine.
Crossfit Mondays
Running Tuesdays
Back and Bi Wednesdays….
and so on and so fourth.
We can go months, years, decades without changing a thing and sticking with our same old routine. Change it up, do something out of your box (for crossfitters I mean this literally and figuratively). challenge yourself in all aspects of fitness and in the process you may find something else that you really enjoy!
I was the girl who was so wrapped up in my routine that I never got to experience all the wonderful things that the fitness world had to offer.
When I decided to make a change and begin to introduce new and innovative fitness into my life I began to look forward to each day and what workouts I would have in store for “tomorrow”.
I also began to see great results that I never had before!
I was opening up my fitness horizon and really feeling better than ever!
So if there is a weightlifting class …. Try It!
If you are not familiar with Yoga … get familiar!
If you do consistent Pilates, yoga, or lower impact try CrossFit!
Go out of your box and you will have a whole new outlook on fitness and all the fitness world has to offer!
