Ingredients:
- 1 small banana mashed
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1-2 T coconut palm sugar or drops of stevia
- 1 T almond flour
- 1-2 Gluten Free Oreos
- 2 T nut butter of choice (I used almond butter)
- 1 T pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of coconut vanilla creamer (or almond creamer or unsweetened almond milk)
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl place mashed banana with the protein powder, almond flour, palm sugar and mix well.
- In a microwave safe bowl or stovetop, melt your nut butter with maple syrup until combined. Stir in the vanilla extract and pour into the protein mixture and mix well. If batter is still too crumbly, using a tablespoon, add creamer until a very firm batter is formed. If batter is too thin, add a dash more flour.
- In a large ziplock baggie, place Oreos and mash them (I used a potato masher) until crushed and all in tiny little pieces.
- Stir in crushed cookies until evenly distributed.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with extra crushed cookies
