This is a great recipe to use for all those apples you have in your kitchen. It tastes good, so easy, and is so healthy on so many levels.
Ingredients:
2 cans albacore tuna
3 tablespoons Primal Mayo
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon parsley
¾ cup diced apple (I used honey crisp)
¼ cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Pinch cinnamon
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
Directions:
In a medium bowl place tuna, mayo, mustard, vinegar. Mix together and then add the apples and pecans. Last add spices and mix thoroughly.
You can eat this plain or put onto of lettuce or cucumbers.
