You will more likely than not traveling this holiday season … During Holiday travel it can be very unhealthy to your mind and body! Travel can be stress filled, poor eating choices, and lack of sleep can lead to you feeling under the weather before you even get to your Holiday destination. Once you arrive, you will be faced with temptations all around and not a lot of time to be active. If you have a plan, though, you might be able to avoid roadblocks and keep your health and fitness a priority.
#1 Bring Healthy Snacks: When you are traveling it can be very hard to find good healthy snacks. So make sure to bring some with you. Pack easy items like larabars, RX bars, Jerky, dried apples, or a banana with Justin’s almond butter packs.
#2 Create Workouts to do Anywhere – When its holiday time sometimes you don’t have a gym to go to but have no fear “Holiday Workouts Are Here” … Now you can stay on track and feel good when you travel.

#4 A Fun Water Bottle – Make Sure to stay hydrated at all times.
