I am doing a lot more research and studies on “How much exercise is too much, and How Much exercise is enough”.
In working in many different types of gyms throughout my career, I have seen people spend hours in the gym and not ever getting the full result they are looking for; Look Good Feel Good!
I to was a HUGE gym rat spending hours on the treadmill, elliptical, and bike and not lifting in fear of getting BULKY!
Boy did I have it all backwards and waste a lot of time in the process.
When I changed up my training to more high intensity intervals, weight training, and mobility and stretching not only did it take half the time but I saw twice the results.
