How great would it be to get a kick butt workout and make it charitable in the process … Recently our gym CPMFITNess exercised our gratitude.
We had two saturday morning team workouts where you and your friend or family member could also join in and make a donation (of your choice) in honor of “Make A Wish Foundation”.
We ended up raising almost $600 and we got a great workout in all at the same time! It is so easy to make a big impact and keep your health and fitness goals in check.
