These are so easy, delicious, and fun all in one. Who doesn’t love pizza … Well now you can have a fun pizza that tastes great and is good for you too!
Ingredients:
1 zucchini sliced into 1/4 to 1/2 inch rounds
2 tbsps.marinara (I use Rao’s)
some sliced pepperoni or turkey pepperoni
slices of raw cheddar cheese
sprinkle of oregano
sprinkle of garlic
Directions:
Heat oven to 400
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Slice the zucchini into 1/4 inch pieces
Top with just a little bit of marinara
Place one pepperoni on each slice
Sprinkle the raw cheese on top
sprinkle garlic powder and oregano on each
Bake for 10-12 minutes
Let cool for a few minutes before eating because they will be super hot!
