I am always looking for quick and easy recipes that are healthy and delicious … So who doesn’t have 5 minutes for dinner prep?
Well that is all you need for this meatloaf recipe …
Ingredients:
1/4 lb ground beef or ground turkey meat
1/3 cup chopped diced onion and pepper ( I used frozen veggies)
1 tablespoon of coconut flour
2 tablespoons of cashew milk
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of salsa
1 teaspoon worcestershire
1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
1 egg
dash of pepper
Directions:
In a mug mix ground beef, garlic, pepper, worchestershire, onion and pepper mix, flour,salsa, garlic powder, milk, egg and mix then top with dijon.
Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes stir and heat an additional 2-3 minutes if pink inside continue to microwave for a minute at a time.
