Have no fear, you don’t even need a blender to make your shake this season.
All you need is a bottle like this one … and in less than 2 minutes you have the perfect treat.
Here are some fun ways to literally shake up your smoothie recipes:
Banana Dream
ingredients:
1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 banana (mashed)
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
Directions: Place all ingredients in the shaker bottle and shake it until mixed completely.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Delight:
8 ounces unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
2 tablespoons of almond butter or peanut butter
4 ice cubes
Directions:
First fill your blender bottle up to the 8 ounce mark. Put in your Peanut butter/almond butter and then your protein powder. Toss in the blender ball and securely close the bottle. Shake until everything is well blended and you get rid of clumps. Open the bottle up and toss in the ice cubes. Close the bottle and shake.
Coconut Chocolate Bliss:
Ingredients
8 ounces coconut milk
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
1 tablespoon vanilla coconut creamer
4 ice cubes
dash of cinnamon
Directions:
Add the coconut milk up to the 8 ounce line. Next add the coconut creamer. Put in one scoop of chocolate protein powder. and cinnamon. Close and shake. Open it up and pop in the ice cubes and shake again to make it nice and chilled.
