Good go to snacks are hard to come by … We all lead such busy lives so it is so nice to be able to have healthy quick snacks that are tasty too.
Ingredients:
1 cup of pitted dates
1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 cup of dark cacao chocolate chips
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
Directions:
In a food processor place all ingredients and blend until ingredients are completely mixed. Then place in a medium bowl and form into bars. Place in the fridge or eat right away!
This recipe should make 5 to 6 bars.
