Grocery Shopping Can be one of the most intimidating scary tasks to walk into. There is so many bright lights, different variety, so many labels claiming “healthy”, Organic, gluten-free etc ..
Most people are so over whelmed they just go for what makes them feel comfortable and they can guarantee will taste good.
Here is a list of ten items to add to your grocery list the next time you are in the store .. These foods taste delicious and are very nutritious as well.
Keep it simple.. shop on the outside of the store and avoid aisles and you will be on your way to looking and feeling better already.

10. Broccoli and Cauliflower: I like to call this the killer combo! It tastes delicious and is very easy to make all at the same time. Broccoli and Cauliflower are both good sources of vitamin C. Broccoli a ton of calcium making it a good source for those who can’t or don’t consume milk products. Broccoli also contains folic acid and iron. Cauliflower contains potassium, a mineral essential for muscle and bone development. Use for: You can eat broccoli and cauliflower raw, steamed, stir-fried or cooked in casseroles. When shopping for these vegetables, choose firm heads with tightly closed buds.
