1. Eliminate Clutter: – Removing “clutter” from your life will help you get clarity and not feel trapped or mentally weighed down. You can literally climb out of the clutter and feel on top of the world.
2. Drink More H2O: Water keeps everything in our body functioning properly. Water gives us clarity, hydrations, and eliminates bad toxins in our system. The more water you will drink the better you feel on the inside and out. When you feel good on the inside that creates happiness and a healthy environment.
3. Do Something Active: Exercise definitely releases endorphins in our body, which is a natural mood enhancing formula. It also increases your energy, keeps you much more positive, and maintains balance in your insulin levels so you don’t feel the highs and lows.
Find an activity that you enjoy and take that time for yourself so you can feel great about yourself.
4. Remove Negativity in Your Life: Negativity is very toxic to your mental health and to your body. Your outlook is bleak, and the toxins really drag you down. Negativity causes stress, which creates an unhealthy atmosphere for you and your body.
To keep positive start your day with 5 things that you love about yourself. And/or set 3 goals that really excite you so that your focus is only on positive goals and healthy affirmations.
5. Love Yourself and Others: One of the healthiest decisions I have seen my clients make is choosing to love themselves! When you love yourself you are able to love those around you so much more. Show love to those around you and see how much happier you feel that day, and you will make others around you happy in the process.
